“The Moscow Protestant Chaplaincy is an inter-denominational church. This congregation confesses the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It proclaims Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and the Gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe. It accepts the canonical Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as the inspired Word of God, and the authoritative source and norm of its proclamation, faith, and life. The congregation focuses on its common beliefs and this shared faith as confessed in the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds. It recognizes all modes of Christian baptism done in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It celebrations of Holy Communion are open to all who believe in Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior.”
