Welcome to the Moscow Protestant Chaplaincy

25 July 2014

Welcome to the Moscow Protestant Chaplaincy in Moscow, Russia! The Moscow Protestant Chaplaincy is an international, interdenominational Christian church serving the English-speaking community of Moscow. The Chaplaincy was established in 1962 under the Litvinov-Roosevelt Agreements to provide Protestant ministry to the Western diplomatic community. Today, the Chaplaincy is a dynamic and diverse ecumenical Christian community that nurtures faith in Jesus Christ, seeks God’s justice in the world, and welcomes all people. MPC is a shared ministry of The United Methodist Church, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Reformed Church in America, the American Baptist Churches, and the Presbyterian Church (USA), but its membership draws from nearly 30 nations and as many Christian traditions. We are a vibrant, international Christian church in Moscow bring people together from 40 countries to worship God, fellowship with one another in Christ’s name, work in our community, and welcome the stranger.

During the next week we are rebuilding our website to make it more accessible, relevant, and helpful. Please visit this website again in August.

WORSHIP WITH US! We worship each Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM/15h00 at St. Andrew’s Church in Moscow. The church is located at Voznesensky Pereulok 8.
