Seeds of Hope Farm

In the spring of 2014, MPC broke ground on a new agricultural development initiative. The Seeds of Hope Farm is a community-supported agricultural project (CSA) that brings together people from all walks of life in Moscow in order to provide meaningful employment with equitable wages to many of Moscow’s most marginalized individuals. By using sustainable methods and continuous-harvest techniques, MPC is able to provide healthy, locally sourced produce to shareholders while simultaneously subsidizing many of its other food sharing programs. In 2015, Seeds of Hope became an urban farm, with greenhouses behind St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in the heart of Moscow.

If you are interested in volunteering on the farm, purchasing vegetables, or offering financial support, please email Anna Voronkova at farm@mpcss.org.
